How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping provider, method, and location. Customers can select their preferred shipping provider during the checkout process.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by 1 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. If an order is received after 1 p.m. ET, it will ship on the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Why was my order held?

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

We provide tracking for all orders except those shipped via the USPS First-Class Envelope ($1) option for single cards. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders lost in transit. For tracked orders, customers can file claims directly with the USPS.

How are cards shipped with the "$1" USPS First-Class Envelope option?

Cards shipped with this option will be sent in a standard envelope, penny sleeve, and top loader. This method does not include tracking, and the Seller cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged cards. For added protection, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping method.
