Return Policy - The Card Bin

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. For trading cards, this includes any protective sleeves, toploaders, or boxes in which the card(s) were shipped.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, complete the Returns Form on our website.

  • Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return in the form.
  • Attach any relevant photos, especially for damaged or defective items.
  • Once your form is submitted, we will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Important Notes:

  • Items sent back without completing the Returns Form and receiving approval will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. To ensure your return reaches us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  1. Complete the Returns Form and describe the issue.
  2. Include photos of the damaged or defective item for quicker processing.
  3. If verified, we will provide a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale items or discounted products.
  • Cards graded by a professional grading service or slabs.
  • Opened packs or boxes of trading cards.
  • Digital products, gift cards, or other non-physical items.
  • Items damaged after receipt due to misuse or mishandling.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift:

  • Complete the Returns Form with proof of purchase and the order details.
  • Depending on the circumstances, we may issue store credit or refund the original purchaser.

International Returns

International customers are eligible for returns, but the following conditions apply:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties or fees.
  • Refunds for international returns are processed after we receive and inspect the item(s).
