Welcome to The Card Bin! Below is our updated shipping policy, outlining the details of our free shipping offer, as well as other shipping options available to you.

Shipping Options and Rates

1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders of $3.00 or more.

  • Orders from $3.00 to $20.00:
    These orders will be shipped via Plain White Envelope (PWE) unless another shipping method is selected. PWE shipping does not include tracking or insurance.
  • Orders over $20.00:
    These orders will be shipped via USPS Ground with standard insurance unless another shipping method is selected.

Customers may always elect a different shipping method at checkout if they prefer faster delivery, tracking, or additional insurance. Rates for alternative methods are calculated at checkout.

2. Plain White Envelope (PWE) Shipping – Domestic Only
For orders below $3.00, PWE shipping is available for:

  • $1 for 1–9 cards.

PWE Eligibility and Restrictions:

  • Ineligible Items: Cards valued over $20.00, slabs, encased cards, or thicker cards (e.g., relics).
  • No Tracking or Insurance: PWE shipping does not include tracking or insurance and is shipped entirely at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for lost or missing mail pieces sent via PWE.
  • Delivery timeframe: 3–10 business days, depending on USPS.

3. Standard Shipping Options (Domestic and International)

  • For orders under $3.00 or for customers preferring additional speed or insurance, standard shipping options via USPS or UPS are available at checkout.
  • Rates for these options are calculated based on the carrier’s pricing and the order size.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is available via USPS or UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders placed by 4:00 PM (CST) on a business day will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.

Additional Information

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • PWE Shipments: Refunds or replacements are not available for lost or missing mail sent via PWE.
  • Tracked Shipments: For packages with tracking, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your order is lost or damaged.

Combined Orders:
If your order contains both PWE-eligible and ineligible items (e.g., slabs or thicker cards), the entire order will default to USPS Ground shipping if it exceeds $20 or the appropriate standard shipping method otherwise.

Insurance for Free Shipping:
Free shipping includes only the standard insurance provided by USPS Ground for orders over $20. Customers requiring additional insurance or faster delivery may select another shipping option at checkout.
